JEL, Inc. is a national provider of construction equipment and waste/recycling services. We are a small team focused on providing you with the best service. The saying goes, “And though she be little, she is fierce”. We have the resources of the big guys; but our attention to detail and commitment is what separates us from the rest. We understand that each project is unique and pride ourselves on being flexible and fleet-footed. We have rented a small overnight rolloff dumpster, as well as serviced customers with hundreds of locations. No matter the scope of the project, we are here to help.

Meet Your Team

Bobby D., Managing Partner

Bobby D. is an accomplished construction industry executive with a decade of experience. As the Managing Partner, he is responsible for ensuring the efficient completion of all projects nationwide. He is a visionary leader known for directing company operations, leading national account management, and driving strategic sales growth. Bobby oversees the smooth operation of all the financial, accounting, account management, vendor procurement, customer relations, and quality assurance responsibilities. Prior to founding Jobsite Equipment Logistics, he created and maintained strategic client relationships, and provided proactive business solutions as a National Account Manager and Sales Manager.

Paula N., Director of Operations

Paula N. is the Director of Talent Management & Operational Development for Jobsite Equipment Logistics, Inc. She brings over 8+ years of demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition/Development, Office Management, Human Resources and Operations Process Development. Paula leads the training of new associates, talent onboarding, vendor procurement, social media management, strategic talent advisement, and the creation and implementation of office policies and procedures. Paula has been a resident of Atlanta, Georgia since she moved from Michigan in 2018. She majored in Biopsychology, Cognition and Neuroscience at the University of Michigan. Go Blue! In her spare time, she enjoys trying new cuisines, traveling, and reading mystery novels.

Jennifer T., National Account Manager

Jennifer T. is a results-oriented National Account Manager with extensive experience in planning, developing and implementing strategic sales plans for JEL, Inc. She is responsible for managing multiple accounts on a national level, and is an expert at providing exceptional customer service as well as building strong key relationships with our most trusted vendors. In her spare time, she likes to go hiking and playing with her labrador, Kelly.

Vera S., Lead Business Manager

Vera S. is the Lead Business Manager for Jobsite Equipment Logistics, Inc. She comes from a background in healthcare and brings 8+ years of experience ranging from providing care to training and managing new hires to auditing for data accuracy and regulatory compliance to fostering relationships with third party vendors. She has a strong background in business administration, billing, customer service, invoicing and is a Certified Notary. Vera graduated from Emory University with a degree in Economics and Sociology. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her family and dog.

Terry C., Controller

Terry C. is the Controller for JEL, Inc. She brings decades of experience in accounting, accounts payable, reconciling, and billing. She has worked for large, matrixed organizations and has a strong background in accounting. She is responsible for overseeing all billing operations and processes to ensure the collection of account balances. Terry makes sure to keep accurate record and ensures that all bills are paid in a timely matter. In her spare time, she enjoys going on walks, spending time with her 4 children, and rooting for the Argentina soccer team (especially Leo Messi).

Sandra W., Accounts Receivable Specialist

Sandra W. is our Accounts Receivable specialist. She is highly experienced in invoicing, reconciling, and billing. Sandra is responsible for sending all outgoing invoices to the appropriate customers, billing ongoing and completed projects, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and verifying transactions. Outside of work, she loves to spoil her grandchildren and play badminton matches with her husband.

Zheer Saeed, Content Creator & Design Manager

Zheer is a recent marketing graduate of Georgia State University. He designed and maintains JEL's website, digital content, and email marketing to help get our message to you. Zheer utilizes data analytics to create engaging content and make data driven decisions. He enjoys fitness and nutrition and dreams of one day owning a Jeep TJ.

Koby, Head of Security & Junior Pawject Manager

Koby is the newest Junior Pawject Manager at Jobsite Equipment Logistics, Inc. She also acts as Head of Security and has started multiple health & wellness initiatives, such as Lunch Walks and Yoga Events. She was born in Mississippi, grew up in Michigan, and now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. In her spare time, she loves to take long naps in the sun, play with toys, bark at neighbors, and chase after squirrels.
